I thoroughly enjoyed this course and found it very informative. It provided a great deal of relevant information and explanation of processes that as a user you take for granted. I would recommend this course to anyone new to macOS, or anyone with a general user experience of the OS looking to learn more about the mechanics behind the scenes.

Stanley was very knowledgeable about Mac and Windows environments, so made my understanding of Mac features/apps easier with comparisons to Windows. I found the course engaging and interesting, and have a much better understanding of MacOS than I did before.

The course was great and it really helped my development on Mac devices. Stanley was a great tutor and helped with every question we had.

Stanley was great and presented the course very well – having Macs that we could use to demo processes, etc. ourselves was also very helpful for practical learning. Stanley took the time to answer questions and didn’t rush through sections – overall the training was very well paced and digestible.

The course provided was detailed and covered all fundamentals of MacOS and gave some good troubleshooting methodology. Especially coming from a Windows background and found it was easy to understand without needing too much prerequisite knowledge.

I found the course helpful and it has given me more confidence when working with Macs in my role. Stanley and Chris were very helpful in answering any questions I had and provided good demos.

All was presented very well. Aaron was very helpful and friendly, answered any questions we had. Would highly recommend anyone wanting further knowledge is MacOS support.

The course and learning materials provided along with it are all very intuitive and helpful and I now feel much more confident in navigating through MacOS to troubleshoot issues & support users of my organisation.

Really enjoyed the course. Very clear- Aaron was a great trainer. Learnt lots of new tricks and gained a much better understanding of the further in depth features of MacOS.

The course was nicely presented the instructors are very knowledgeable and with very good experience in the industry. I had not dealt with Mac device before but after completion I am now more confident to only to work with Mac but also to support other users.
